Instructions:
The Galactic Overlord (named "Simon") is a capricious guy. He declared last Thursday "Galactic Stay Where You Are Day". Anyone or anything that changed location will be sentenced to annihilation.
During the day, Simon's nanobots roamed the galaxy and carefully recorded everything that happened. Unfortunately, the nanobots are not very smart and can't determine what counts as "staying in place." You have been given the unhappy assignment of going through the nanobots' reports and determining who and what is guilting of not staying in place and thus must be annihilated.
You are a humanitarian, so you have decided to apply the law as narrowly as possible. If it is at all possible that no movement occurred, you give a free pass. Suppose Sally greeted Mary. Maybe they stood in place! But if Sally ran over to Mary, you have no choice but to schedule Sally's extermination.
Obviously, people breathe, trees sway in the wind, etc. If you are too strict, there won't be a galaxy left! You pointed this out to Simon, so he agreed that people and things can move "a little bit." As long as there is some overlap between where they are now and where they started out, that counts as staying in place. But if at *any point* no part of them is occupying any of the space they started in, they have moved. People can sway from side to side, but if they take even one step, they are done for.
Parts of objects are tricky. If Sally waves her hand, Sally is staying in place (she still overlaps with where she started out), but her hand is moving (at various points it is nowhere near where it started). In this case -- and Simon was very strict about this -- Sally can live but she must lose her hand. You think this rule is capricious and absurd, so you only enforce it when the nanobots' report specifically mentions the moving part. So if you read "Sally waved her hand", her hand must go, but if you read "Sally waved at Mary", you do nothing because Sally's hand wasn't actually mentioned.
Simon is worried about your impartiality. Perhaps you will protect your friends! So Simon has anonymized the reports. People's names have been changed randomly (so "Mary" in one report may not be the "Mary" in another), and many of the other words have similarly been randomly replaced with made-up words (what "blicket" means in one report may not be what it means in another).
Instruction Summary:
1) Read the following reports from the nanobots.
2) Determine which people or objects, if any, have changed location.
3) There may be multiple people and objects that have changed location!
4) It does not matter whether the person or object wanted to change location. If it moved, it moved.
5) Everyone's name has been changed, and names of objects and other words have been replaced with made-up words
